Job Description:
Responsible for employees Database and Documents Responsible for handling administration process of annu leave, insurance, Timesheet and attendance Make monthly attendance report Recap updated employees database for payroll and submit to finance. Recap Employees Medical report Make Permanent Employees contracts or agreement Minimum Qualifications:
Min. Bachelor Degree in Technic Industrial, Management or equivalent Having min. 1 years experience in related fields Fresh Grad are encouraged to apply Required skills: Ms. Office (Excel, powerpoint, word), Personnel administration, database Knowledge in compensation & benefits Attention to the details is a must Having knowledge in handling BPJS, Insurance, Medical Good communication skill and attitude
