Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology / Human Resources or similar relevant field
- At least one (3) year of experience as an HR Recruiter, HR Generalist, or HR Assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including the ability to operate excel/spreadsheet programs.
- Personable, good, and effective communication skills both oral and written
- Has self-initiative, able to proceed with mínimal guidance needed
- Organized and keen on details
- Experience in the e-commerce industry or start-up is an advantage
- Must be knowledgeable about the different recruitment platforms.
- Can start ASAP
