Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes;
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise;
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies;
- Undertake tasks around performance management;
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates;
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews;
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related field;
- with good communication skills (written and oral);
- With good inter-personal skills;
- Good in coaching, advising, and counseling different level of employees;
- Proactive and a team player;
- with HR Reporting skills;
- Amenable to be assigned in San Miguel Manila near Malacañang and TIP Manila.
**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
