- Provide support in the development and implementation of company policy
- Develop job roles and responsibilities of each member of the organization.
- Responsible in hiring and on-boarding process.
- Develops policies and managing procedures.
- Develop training and development program.
- Assist in performance management process.
- In-charge in benefits administration program.
- Develops and assist in implementation of company-volunteered benefits.
- Assist top management from time to time.
