Job Description QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Preferably Supervisors 5?Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledgable in different HR areas such as : Recruitment / Staffing, Compensation and Benefits, Training, Organizational Development, LABOUR AND EMPLOYEE RELATION is a PLUS.

Can work under pressure.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure employees' compliance to the Company's Code of Conduct, Department policies and procedures to meet the needs of the Organization, to comply with the legal requirements, and to promote positive employee relations
Conduct confidential investigations into employee performance, harassment complaints, and potential termination actions; prepare documentation and recommendations for corrective / disciplinary actions
Prepare and issue Performance Appraisal, Disciplinary Action, Notice to Explain, employee contract extensions, end of contract notice, regularization, termination, and suspension letters
Case management of people related issues such as disciplinary, grievance, Incident reports, and absence management
Ensure compliance of labor standards, company policies and applicable law / government related concerns
Develop and maintain a systemized tracker for personnel-related data such as : hires, transfers, performance appraisals, administrative hearings, exit interviews, resigned / separated employees, absenteeism, and to generate reports / statistical data.
Perform and assume other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
