ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Benefits Administration
- Handles the end-to-end processing of Monthly Government-mandated Deductions.
- Responsible for processing and monitoring of the government-mandated benefits (maternity/sickness benefit, and reimbursement process).
- Prepares certifications on loan payments and contributions.
- Ensures the proper monitoring and updating of the leaves aside from PTO Credits (Paternity Leave, Magna Carta, Solo Parent Leave, Covid Leave, etc) of all employees.
- Process employees' concerns in Zendesk.
- Handles HMO and Life Insurance process including enrollment of principal and dependents, deletion process, and validation of Billings.
- Process other company benefits projects as necessary and assists with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Departmental Support
- Provide support to a variety of HR data activities across various HR functions such as benefits support and administration, performance management administration, and so on (as needed and with an opportunity to rotate across multiple HR domains)
- Audit and update Employee data information and maintain confidentiality of personal information.
Engage with other departments to facilitate onboarding, including but not limited to coordinating onboarding presentations, preparing onboarding kits and assets
Reports
- Prepare Monthly Government Reports, (SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth), including loan payment and remittance of contributions.
- Prepares Benefits Reports for the preparation of the payroll (including the Addition/Deletion of HMO Dependents, Statutory Loan Reports, Maternity and Sickness reports)
- Prepare Completion Monitoring Reports for any HR-related activities and initiatives.
- Collect, analyze and present data for better understanding of information that may be used for HR decision making.
- Other relevant reports that may be assigned.
Job Requirement:
- With work experience in HR and BPO related field
- Good communication skills
- Extensive knowledge in Google and Microsoft Products, with a strong concentration on Excel, including the use of lookup formulas, pivot tables, charts
- Able to maintain confidentiality and can work independently on assigned tasks
- Excellent time-management skills
- Good interpersonal skills
