Job Description:
Process administration of government mandated benefits (SSS, Pag-Ibig, and Philhealth) Facilitate and process all employee applications for loans, sickness reimbursement, and related concerns on SSS, PHIC, HDMC. Ensure timely submission of government related reports. Provides support to the Company Nurse in handling HMO availments and concerns. Manage vendors and suppliers to ensure company uniforms are distributed within agreed timeline. Effectively communicate benefits program of the Company by conducting road shows, distributing collaterals etc. Handles employee concerns and inquiries pertaining to benefits administration. Carry out other HR duties that may be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mathematics, Commerce or equivalent. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, preferably an advanced Excel user Detail oriented and has the proven ability to multi task and manage deadlines.
