Job Description:
The HR Officer must be well-versed in all facets of Human Resources including Talent Acquisition, Timekeeping and Payroll, Employee Benefit Administration, HRIS and Employee Engagement


Responsibilities Source potential candidates for job vacancies thru different recruitment channels Administer discussion and collection of pre-employement requirements Payroll aministration Administration of company and government mandated benefits Manage 201 Files Minimum Qualifications:
Preferably a graduate of BS/ AB Psychology, BS Business Management Major in Human Resources or other related courses. With at least 3-5 years of solid experience in Human Resources specializing in Payroll and Benefits Administration. With good communication skills With keen eye for detail Adaptive, self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision
