Job Description:
Job Overview and Objective To assist and work to standard operating procedures in line with the overall company policy, procedure, rules and regulations by effectively and efficiently carry out varied work load dealing with various HR functions such as but not limited to recruitment & selection, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures; responsible for salary administrative tasks and contribute to making the company a better place to work in support of the company’s total objective.


Duties and Responsibilities Support and responsible for the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems by developing human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures. Provide counselling to employees on policies and procedures to ensure company policies and procedures are adhered at all times. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process. Create and implement effective onboarding plans for newly hired employees for regular employment status. Develop training and development programs to strengthen individual or group performances as well as identify training and development opportunities and recommend personnel for outside training programs to enhance leadership and governance skills for supervisory & management level and other skills enhancement training for rank & file personnel. Assist in performance management processes by ensuring accurate job descriptions are in place for every employee and that regular performance evaluation schedule is observed. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues. Monitor employees’ performance and attendance activities by investigating and understanding causes for employees’ absences and tardiness. Provide basic counselling to staff who have performance related obstacles as well as advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions. Provide advice and assistance to supervisors and managers on staff recruitment, preliminary selection and interviews. Prepare staff salary, compensation and benefits based on the scheduled payroll cut-off as well as submission of the required government mandatory statutory benefits to accounting for payment. Maintain employee records (attendance, 201 file, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements. Other responsibilities assigned from time to time. Minimum Qualifications:
College graduate, preferably BS Business Administration, Social Studies, Humanities, Psychology or relevant field Proven experience as HR Officer or administrator with knowledge of HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, training and development, etc. Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures. With sufficient knowledge in performance review methods and techniques, staff training, development and recognition, mentoring and coaching and the like. Demonstrate various skills on supervisory, team-building, problem-solving, basic counseling, effective verbal and listening communication skills, research and program development skills, stress management skills, interviewing skills and time management skills. Proven exprience in Time Keeping, Payroll and Benefits processing. Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excell, Word, Powerpoint).
