Job Description:
Handles the end to end recruitment process for the organization’s manpower requirements which includes, but not limited to, sourcing, screening and interviewing applicants, and new employee onboarding. Conducts orientation for newly hired employees. Builds sourcing channels through partnering with academic institutions, employment agencies, internet sites, and others. Responsible in overseeing the HR staff and creating and analyzing recruitment reports. Other tasks that may be assigned by the HR Manager from time to time. Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any HR-related course. With at least 3 years work experience in human resources - sourcing, recruitment and training. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be assertive, confident and dynamic. Must be computer literate. Strong analytical and planning skills; Excellent problem-solving skills;
