Details of the offer

Oversees the Human Resources functions of PPEI including the alignment of policies and procedures of PSOSI-HR as follows:
Develops and conducts human resources planning.
Ensures timely delivery of manpower requests and approved plantilla is adhered to;
Ensures that qualified personnel are hired and placed in their respective positions based on the approved qualifications and competencies;
Assists PPEI personnel in identifying KPI and submits to PM/APM for review;
Handles the over-all performance management system and ensures timely release and submission of the 3rd, 5th, and annual evaluations;
Reviews the results of the evaluations and recommends possible action plans to address the gaps;
Responsible in implementing programs that would ensure skills / competency enhancement of employees and organization development;
Conducts training needs analysis and recommends to Management training programs based on the TNA results;
Assists in organizing company’s trainings, seminars, workshops, and other activities;
Conducts orientation of newly-hired employees regarding HR policies as well as refresher orientation to existing employees;
Updates monthly training reports of PPEI employees;
Performs review of the salary structure and job levelling to ensure competitiveness;
Ensures that the employees’ salaries are in accordance with the governing law;
Monitors daily and consolidated attendance reports of PPEI and PSOSI employees;
Prepares and regularly updates Master Attendance Sheet and Leave Report of PPEI and PSOSI employees;
Does timekeeping for PPEI employees and submits to the PM/APM for review before sending to the Head Office;
Remits SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig contributions to the respective government agencies;
Pays the Kasambahay her salary on a bi-monthly basis.
Reviews monthly manpower billing of PSOSI as per actual daily attendance report;
Reviews bi-monthly timekeeping of Armadillo Security as per actual daily biometric attendance.
Develops and implements labor policy as mandated by Law;
Provides assistance to all employees’ HR concerns, inquiries, and issues. Thus, providing accurate information on the company’s policies and guidelines; and employment standards and regulations in accordance with the governing law.
Creates HR policies and procedures and guidelines and cascades to all employees;
Communicates and coordinates with PSOSI about new policies and procedures through interoffice memorandum.
Provides better life and health to the workers through employee welfare programs;
Makes the workers happy and satisfied;
Creates programs to relieve workers from industrial fatigue
Investigates employee misconduct, misbehavior and/or violations and ensures due process;
Imposes appropriate disciplinary action to erring employees after verifying the facts and gathering all the evidences;
Submit weekly reports of absences and tardiness of PPEI employees.
Assists the Plant Manager and Assistant Plant Manager in improving effectiveness and productivity in the organization through problem identification, situational assessment, action planning/planning of intervention, implementing the plan/intervention, gathering data to evaluate the intervention, determining the results and collecting feedback.
Tie succession plans to the company’s strategic goals;
Proactively identify talent gaps and develop employees for advancement into key roles;
Accelerate talent development and career growth for critical jobs or at risk positions;
Monitors and reports employee resignations and terminations;
Conducts exit interview to determine reasons behind separations;
HR Officer: 3 years (Preferred)
