Preferred Qualifications:
? Graduate of Psychology or Management
? 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, focusing on either employment or employee
maintenance
? At least 30 years old
? Creative and critical thinker
? Strong written and oral communication skills
? Amiable and sociable
? Reliable, with the ability to establish good rapport and relationships within the organization
Location: Estrella Hospital, Silang, Cavite
Work Schedule: 5-Day Work Week (Mondays to Fridays)
Salary Range: PHP 35,000 – PHP 50,000
