Handle training and development for all sites
- Recommend improvement and changes in processes and systems
- Oversee performance management
- Provide reports in performance management regarding start-to-end performance results for annual appraisal
- Coordinate with different department heads for strategic planning
- Research and recommend proper focus training
- Monitor, review, and analyze KPI/KRA documents
- Review and implement all standard operating procedures, service level agreement, and process flow
- Conduct organizational restructure

**Qualifications**:
- Graduate of BS in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Human Resources, and related courses.
- At least 8 years of work experience in Organization Development
- PERSONALITY: Diplomatic but firm, Patient and able to relate with all levels in the organization, emotionally mature, able to handle work pressure, assertive, and able to lead.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Full-time position available

- Experienced in Construction industries is a plus
**Salary**: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
