- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Administration and other equivalent courses.
Master Degree is a plus factor
- With a minimum of eight (8) years' work experience in Human Resources, wherein four (4) years must be in a Managerial capacity, preferably from an IT or Service Oriented Company
- With hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, KPI based Performance Management (PMS), Labor Laws, Training & Development, Employee/Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and Organizational Development
- Detail oriented and meticulous planner
- Strong inter personal skills with the ability to keep information confidential
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A people person with passion for continual improvement
- Must be willing to work beyond the normal working hours, including weekends when needed.
- Flexible and highly adaptive to any type or kind of working environment
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Affiliation with other HR related organizations is a plus.
