Job Description:
? Bachelors degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field
? At least 3-5 years of HR Supervisor experience or above, preferably within a travel agency/BPO company
? Handled 100-200 employees is an advantage
? Experience with having at least 3 HR subordinates is a plus
? Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities
?Overall responsible for creating and overseeing the organization's human resources policies, programs, and strategies
?Effectively manage the HR department and offer strategic HR insights.
?Oversees all facets of human resources, including hiring, reloading employees,
?Payroll, compensation, safety and health, performance management, training and development, and advantages, administrative services, and organizational development.
?Oversee and assist with all HR-related issues, questions, and requests, both internal and external.
?Complete the hiring process from start to finish, including offering HR assistance with hiring assessments and
instruction
?Maintain databases of different employee information and create reports on general HR assessments.
?Stay informed about the most recent HR trends and best practices.
?Organize and cultivate a good working relationship with staff members at all levels and across departments.
?Other tasks may be assigned
