EMPLOYEE RELATION:
HR Employee Relations Managers are responsible for facilitating employee relations and resolving human resource issues on behalf of a company ; Helps prevent and resolve problems or disputes between employees and management.
Assist in creating and enforcing policies that are fair and consistent for everyone in the workplace.
Implement employee relations policies and activities to increase employee motivation and morale.
Ensure all labor-related issues and concerns are managed legally and fairly with a balanced approach.
Knowledgeable in handling cases related to DOLE and other retated compliance are required.
Has deep knowledge in Philippine general law in terms of employment application.
Take charge in handling administrative cases and administering decisions guided by employee and employer conduct.
Promotes a creative and solution result oriented. Highly analytical individual developing forward-thinking strategies to enable business growth.
