Job Description:
Develops plans to support each strategic initiatives such as change management, turnover reduction, improved employee relations, management development, process reengineering, compensation restructuring, employee transition plans, discipline management or any other HR support necessary to meet business goals Works with business teams in developing overall business strategies and translates business goals into HR agenda Facilitates alignment of organizational processes, systems and culture with key business priorities, design optimal organizational structures, understand organization and cultural needs and drive change management efforts Monitors and evaluates appropriate qualitative and quantitative performance, key performance indicators and appropriate data relative to the people aspect of the business Drives consistent compensation and benefits practices with managers including grading, evaluation & differentiation, including organizational needs assessment for re-evaluation and re-levelling Designs and implements several rewards programs for the business units being managed Drives employee engagement locally including deliver training & process implementation, conduct employee investigations, grievance/discipline process, and execute redundancy process Conducts business unit feedback sessions relating to retention initiatives and activities custom-fitted for the organization Facilitates sessions with leadership to develop and communicate business goals and objectives by driving continuous performance improvement Minimum Qualifications:
At least five years' experience in a managerial capacity Knowledge of HR processes as to talent acquisition, benefits administration, employee relations, budget, payroll, expatriate compliance, and documentation Can effectively perform the duty of an HR Manager in a constantly changing and fast-paced work environment Ability to plan, organise, and execute with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
