· Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel.

· Performing benefits administration.
· Administers benefits programs such HMO, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
· Manage and oversee the recruitment and selection process.
· Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads.
· Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
· Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
· Managing the recruitment and selection process.
· Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programsMaintaining department records and reports

Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
· Manage and oversee payroll.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Communication Arts or equivalent.
· At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position with extensive experience in handling Recruitment, Payroll and Compensation & Benefits.
· Knowledge on employee compensation and benefits concepts, principles and practices
· Knowledge on compliance to government mandated benefits such as SSS, PHIC & HDMF
· With experience in processing of year end withholding tax and alphalist (BIR)
· Basic familiarization in biometrics
· Must possess a pleasant personality and can relate to all types of people in the organization
Willing to be assigned in BGC.
