Requirements:
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS/AB Psychology or other allied courses
With at least 5 years work experience in the same capacity
Knowledge in HR strategic planning, job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development and talent management is a must.
With strong organizational skills and attention to details.
Must be amenable to work in Calamba, Laguna
Can start work ASAP
