Qualifications:
Psychology or Behavioral Science graduate from a good university; relevant MA degree is an advantage.
4-10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner (practitioner) or a Consultant with specialization on OD.
Job DescriptionMajor Responsibilities:Project implementation of OD consultation services, especially on “Organization Diagnosis”, Talent Management”, “Leadership Development Program” and “Succession Planning Program”.
Conduct sales and marketing activities: annual sales target is Php3M
Update marketing materials
Visit potential clients and identify their needs
Make proposals o Follow-up and negotiate for the specs and fee
Assist Senior Consultant/Manager/Sr. Manager in development/ enhancement of the OD programs
Research on latest global OD topics
Candidate profile:HR and OD professionals who gets fulfillment from analysis/diagnosis of situations on an individual/team/organizational level and design of solutions—both manifested verbally and in written communication; at the same time, gets fulfillment from helping others / organizations develop into better states; appreciates the value of working in a small to medium organization wherein one can experiment, learn, and focus on the customer;Expected work attitude and required competenciesBasic knowledge and skills on OD
Knowledgeable of diagnosis models and experienced in conducting org/group diagnosis
Design and implementation skills (interventions / solutions)
Experienced as a Trainer on leadership development program (Managers/ Supervisory development program)

Logical in analyzing data and in presenting the results- manifested in logical and organized written materials
