Strategically lead and manage human resource and organizational development to meet within the bounds of corporate objectives
Develop, implement and maintain quality management system in accordance to ISO Standards
Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR Functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting's are in compliance
Manage and lead the talent engagement, organizational and learning development to provide quality added value service to the organization
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, rewards and recognition and with coordination on matters involving skill upgrading, values enhancement and culture building
Manage HR data analytics and HR dashboard
Provide professional and sound judgment on the appropriate strategies in relation to Organization Learning and Development
Provide leadership in developing and promoting a learning organization focused on its people, organization culture and quality continuous improvement learning initiatives
Works closely with the COO for process review, realignment and programs implementation
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or Management or equivalent
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
In depth knowledge on HR Data Analytics, Labor Laws, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Job Analysis and Learning and Development and ISO QM standards, System Knowledge in Talent Acquisition, Payroll and HR related portals
With excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership, coaching and presentation skills required
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently with minimal supervision
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency
