The Global Business Services at Human Resources is an organization with 800+ employees, delivering end-to-end HR operations to all SAP locations worldwide from two shared services centers in Prague and Manila.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
This position is part of a global team called Talent Delivery and is responsible for the execution and enablement of various HR services and programs, including Career Development.
Our Career Development team strives to equip SAP employees with the tools and resources they need to navigate their continued development at SAP. The main function of this role is to consult with SAP employees and guide them to career development resources, this includes, training in a virtual environment, leading 1-1 consultations and end-to-end process management for career development. Additional responsibilities will include supporting global/regional projects.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESDeliver Career Development servicesDeliver high quality Employee Career Development consultations; provide 1-1 consultations by listening, clarifying root-causes, and identifying possible solutions.Facilitate virtual trainings and engage customers in the learning experience through activities and interactions.Ensure the right resources are in place and guide customers to them.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and proactively offer solutions /recommend changesProject management for virtual career events
WORK EXPERIENCE4 -5 years professional experienceStrong background in customer service (internal or external)3+ years training/event facilitation experience,Background in training, presenting, or delivery of information (virtual experience is desirable)Coaching experience/background is desirable but not essential
QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s Degree or comparable experience.Fluent EnglishCoaching, mentoring or training qualification desirable
