Hr Generalist | Vismin

Works with the Department Heads in identifying the need for replacement
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing, analyzing responses
Staying current on the company’s organization structure
Monitors and communicates Performance evaluation results to the Immediate Head
Responsible for the proper, accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees
Distribute Payroll Payslip to all employees
Counter checks pre-employment requirements
Reviews the website of DOLE on a bi-/monthly basis to make sure the company is aware of any changes
Implements and monitors the employee training timetable of new recruits.
Attends to employee concerns and grievances in a respectful and humane manner
Maintains a professional file of announcements made and all HRM memorandums/policies
Graduate of BS Psychology or any Business related course
With at least 3 years HR related experience
Can work with minimal supervision
Organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven and has an eagerness to learn
Good oral and written communication skills
Tech-savvy, knowledgeable in google applications
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
