Billing and RFP preparation
- Accruals
- HMO and group life insurance assistance in reconciling all the movements
- SL GL Recon
- Complete policy and process documentation in Benefits
- Help the team with year-end activities: Leaves monetization

Annualization in Payroll
- Complete policy documentation and process documentation in Payroll
- Automation of OT submission and other processes in final pay settlement

**Job Qualifications**
- Graduate of Bachelor/s Degree in any related field
- With experience in Payroll
- With experience in Compensation and Benefits
- Willing to work from Monday-Friday
- Onsite 4 days and 1 day WFH

**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources Generalist: 1 year (required)
- Payroll and Benefits: 1 year (required)
