I. JOB SUMMARY: As an HR Generalist you will be responsible for e-commerce (Grocery Delivery) of WalterMart, your role will encompass a diverse array of responsibilities. You'll serve as the primary resource for employees seeking guidance on HR matters.
REPORTING TO: HR Manager of WalterMart e-commerce (Grocery Delivery).
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, focusing on tasks from onboarding through offboarding (Please note that you will not be handling Recruitment since the Talent Acquisition team is responsible for sourcing candidates up to extending job offers).
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
Undertake tasks around performance management.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Other task that may assigned from time to time.
III. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Degree holder of Human Resource related courses or any equivalent/related field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
Excellent communication and people skills.
