**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for end-to-end process of recruitment (screening, exam, interview).
Ensures that we fill vacant positions within the given time period.
Timekeeping and processing of government-mandated benefits
Assist in compliance when needed in government mandated benefits
Maintain up-to-date employee database
Conduct different employee engagement programs/activities
Assist in doing admin tasks (filing of employee records, doing monthly/quarterly reports, maintaining 201 files of employees)
Draft memos and policy for erring employees
Support all external and internal HR related inquiries and requests of employees (end to end process of hiring consultants/project based
Assist in answering inquiries from employees
Performs other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
With experience working in Human Resources but Fresh grads are highly encouraged to apply
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented, organize, pro-active, strong problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledgeable in HR software
- Willing to work on a hybrid set up with 3 days on site
- Willing to accept contract with 2 years lock in period
