**Job Description**:
- Employee onboarding and clearance processing.
- Handle government contributions and benefits compliance.
- Employee performance, development and relations management,
- Implementation of Company Rules and Regulations.
- Maintenance of employee and other HR records.
- Other General HR functions.
Job Requirements
- Preferably with working experience as HR Generalist or in related HR field.
- Knowledge in various HR policies, strategies, recruitment methods.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Trustworthy, organized and detail-oriented.
- Knowledgable in Microsoft Office.
**Salary**: From Php16,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pasig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human Resources Generalist: 1 year (preferred)
