Simulating Office Set Up
- Manage the recruitment requirements of the SEA EM cluster
- Arrange for interviews with hiring managers
- Debrief managers on selection process
- Work with HR Manager for offer preparation
- Liaise with HR SSC on hiring and onboarding process
- Manage ad hoc projects for the SEA EM Cluster (not limited to):

- Transition of HR Operations to HR SSC
- Retirement plan set up

- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years' experience as an HR generalist
- Excellent command of the English language
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Works well with MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
- Understanding of employment related codes/principles
- Works independently with mínimal supervision, highly motivated, resourceful

**Job Type**: Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
