Job duties:New hires on boarding. Orients new employees by providing orientation information and reviewing company policies .Performing background checks.Co-ordinate with hiring agencies for recruitmentInitial payroll data maintenance.Co-ordinate/follow up with the payroll team for timely execution.Maintaining health insurance data for all employees.
