Job Description
Facilitate Pre-employment examination and interpretation
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.
Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.).
Conduct Job analysis and revision of job description for all position in coordination with the Department Heads.
Conducting benefit enrollment process.
Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
Participating in benefit task such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements and approving invoices for payment.
Prepares SSS, PHIC and HDMF monthly remittances.
Process the availment of SSS Salary Loan, HDMF loan etc.
In charge with all mandatory benefits.
Maintaining HR files and database.
Updating and maintaining employment status and similar records.
Updating and creation of HR Forms (Timekeeping Forms, Exit Interview Survey, NEOP Evaluation Survey etc.).
Facilitate performance review of all employees (for regularization and annual review) and endorses it to their respective immediate head.
Revision of Performance Management System in coordination with the Department Heads.
Implementation of various employee relations program.
Ensures compliance of all employees to the code of discipline and facilitates disciplinary actions to erring employees.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualification
Experience:
Human Resources Generalist: 3 years (Required)
Human Resources: 7 years (Required)
Education: Bachelor's (Required)
