Hr & Ga Specialist Japanese Trading Company

- The HR & GA Specialist (Mid-Senior Level) will handle all Administrative functions and assist in different HR facets.
- Maintain and monitor office records such as contracts, licenses, business permits, etc.
- Draft contracts and policies to ensure smooth HR & GA operations.
- Process Alien Employment Permit (AEP) with DOLE and VISA process with the Bureau of Immigration for Japanese Expats.
- Attend to employee concerns and complaints.

Since the position is for replacement, a candidate who can start immediately is the priority.
Graduate of Business, Psychology, HRDM, or any 4-year related course
Knowledgeable with all aspects of HR and has Administrative experience
With at least 5 years of experience
Preferably a candidate residing near Metro Manila
Previous experience working in a Japanese company is an advantage
Willing to multitask

Working Days: Mon - Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
