Job Description:
Promotes employee engagement Handle and mediate employee disputes and develop programs to promote employee retention Responsible for resignation and termination procedures, as well as potential legal matters related to employee filing lawsuits against the company Facilitates the DAM (Disciplinary Action Memos) to concerned department heads Issuance of excessive Tardiness Memos (monthly) including the consolidation of the DTR Sending of notice to DOLE - Facilitation and preparation of DOLE letter and establishment report (GIPI/MCWC/PCI/UCFC/SPICA) Prepare ER weekly and monthly report Ensures company compliance with DOLE rules and regulations Provide Assistance to ER activities Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree, in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent Preferably 1-2 year/s' experience in employee relations Familiarity with the Philippine Labor Code Can multitask and work under pressure Amenable working in Ortigas, Pasig on a day shift Full-Time position(s) available
