The HR Director (Employee Relations, People & Culture) is responsible for building the foundations of this organization through the design of policies and culture. The successful candidate shall ensure the balance between driving the needs of the business and fostering the wellbeing of an engaged workforce. The job is based in Taytay, Rizal.
Job responsibilities:
Inspire, coach and lead a highly talented group of engaged HR leaders
Manage and oversee full teams
Represent HR in the area of Employee Relations and People and Culture
Develop and execute on various HR portfolios, in order to foster a highly engaged and productive workforce
Ensure regular reporting and cadence with the Executive and HR teams regarding accomplishments, trending metrics and opportunities
Regularly analyze various data sets to seek out opportunities to improve the company's operations from a consumer perspective
Ensure that all disciplines of HR are operative in a consultative manner and offer the utmost value to the business through its various programs, initiatives, and day-to-day activities
Proactively strategize and think of how HR can continue to evolve and shape the company as an Employment destination for people to build their careers
Work to attract and retain key talent in the workforce
Carefully manage key metrics, such as overall engagement, attendance and attrition
Ensure all labor-related issues and concerns are managed legally and fairly with a balanced approach

Job requirements:
At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources, leading Employee Relations, Talent Management and Engagement
Capable of balancing the needs of the business with the needs of the workforce
Creative and solution oriented with a high business acumen and ability to influence
Highly analytical with experience developing forward thinking strategies to enable business growth
Collaborative, motivating and unafraid to share their thoughts at all levels in a tactful manner
Boldness to adjudicate cases to DOLE to protect the operations of the business
Deep knowledge of the employee market in the Philippines
Demonstrated ability to build relationships, both onshore and virtually, in a global environment
Excellent Leadership skills with focus on people development and client management
Skilled in developing PowerPoint presentations and presenting at an executive level
Strong interpersonal skills and customer relationship management
Flexibility to work autonomously in a start-up environment, where constant change is abound
Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and time management skills
Must be willing to work on a mid-to-late afternoon and evening shift, as the company supports Canadian operations
