Job Description:
HR Department Head will be the one to lead the HR Team through planning & managing all activities of the department. Develops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures; performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, annual re-evaluation of policies for cost-effectiveness, information activities program and cash flow. Implements and annually updates compensation program; rewrites job descriptions as necessary; conducts annual salary surveys and develops merit pool (salary budget); analyzes compensation; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary. Establishes and maintains department records and reports. Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings, such as seminars. Maintains company organization charts and employee directory. Evaluates reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. Minimum Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering or Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or any related course; Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree is an advantage; Should have at least two (2) solid years of work experience specializing in total Human Resources, with specialization in Manpower Planning, Compensation Design, Performance Management and OD/Change Management; Should have had exposure in the other field of HR - Personnel Management, Recruitment, Payroll & Benefits Administration, Labor Relations, Training & Organizational Development; Should be with excellent people management skills and able to relate to all levels of organization; Excellent oral and written communication skills, must be higly fluent and articulate in both English and Filipino
