DescriptionThe incumbent will provide full support to the Enterprise IT Global HR Team by coordinating global HR programs and processes and ensure compliance with the “One Emerson” standards, guidelines and requirements. The person will work on critical and strategic HR projects and initiatives.He/She will be reporting directly to the Director for IT Resource Operations Manila and Enterprise IT HR Business Partner APAC.
Responsibilities
Propose, develop and track relevant HR metrics and consolidate World Area metrics into a global dashboard
Develop, maintain and update key HR databases and systems.
Generate and analyze regional reports in areas such as headcount, turnover, training participation, recruitment, other HR related metrics.
Provides HR administrative support in the preparation of regional organizational charts, reports and presentations.
Coordinate the yearly communication plan with HRBPs and ITRC Heads, and consolidate into a global Enterprise IT communication plan
Provide strategic HR analysis in order to support critical decision making
Participate on development of programs such as trainings courses, workshops to learn new HR procedures and systems and build professional network.
Develop and maintain the Global Career Development Portal and ensure that we have standardized and up to date job descriptions across the enterprise IT
Acts as communication facilitator between countries and other regions.
Provide ad-hoc support to other Enterprise IT VP HR and HR Business Partners as required and support HR projects and initiatives.
Support global and regional high-priority, high-impact projects at the direction of the Manager, HR Projects – Global Liaison and or the VP of Human Resources
Perform other related duties as necessary and as assigned

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required.
Excellent written and verbal skills
With at least 3 years related experience
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required
Highly motivated, resourceful and able to work independently with initial guidance and direction
Project management skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strategic thinking, strong business acumen
