The HR Coordinator handles and coordinates the various aspect of Personnel Management such as Human Resource Planning, Recruitment and selection, Performance Evaluation and Compensation and Benefits.
Duties and Responsibilities
Recruitment And Selection
Submit list of new employee to Compensation and Benefit/Payroll
Issuance of Tin Number, Appointment Letter, Employee's documents
Encode newly hired employees to the Master lists
Update and monitor Employee Master list
Monitors appointment and contracts
Prepare the daily time records of all employee’s every 16th and 1st day of the month.
Conduct pre-timekeeping before the cut off.
monitors the time records and tardiness of employee's.
Make Timekeeping summary reports. For submission to payroll masters.
Arranges job evaluation form of all employees at the proper time.
Monitors receipt of job evaluation from department head/ evaluator.
Issue and receive notice of offense of erring employee's. Coordinates in department heads regarding disciplinary actions of employee’s.
Graduate of BS/AB Psychology, Human Resource Development Management.
With work experience on the same field.
