Hr Coordinator

Responsible on end-to-end process of recruitment from sourcing to deployment
Handle employee grievances and concerns
Prepares Notice of Offense and Notice of Disciplinary Action
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources
Compile and update employee records
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
Responsible on employees DTR, Timekeeping
Employees compensation and benefits
Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any related course
Preferably Female
Must be knowledgeable and proficient in MS applications
Excellent in oral and written communication skills
Has strong personality
Can work under minimum supervision, independent, team player, organized, flexible, creative and resourceful
With experience as HR Clerk for 1 year
Knowledgeable and familiar to all facets of HR
