With our company's quantum expansion and business growth, we are looking for a highly decisive, critical thinker, detail attentive, and organized Human Resource Business Partner who will be responsible for hiring select management positions, employee relations and engagement, as well as facilitation in the implementation of the performance management program.
**Task and Responsibilities**:
Writes job profiles
Places job profiles in different job boards, sources and screens talent pool.
Manages recruitment pipeline as well as the Hiring Management Team
Places offer letters and hold salary discussion
Reviews the facts of the case.
Provides guidance to Line Managers in the issuance of Notice to Explain/ and Notice of Decision.
Drafts Notices of Disciplinary Action when necessary and works with the Legal Counsel.
Assists Managers in writing job profiles with performance metrics (KPIs).
Monitors and facilitates timely appraisals of probationary employees and regularization appointments.
Consolidates annual performance reviews, facilitates merit increases and administration of performance improvement plan
BSc/BA in Business administration, and psychology or relevant field
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as HR Generalist; or must have relevant years of specialization:
- 1-year recruitment experience in technical/managerial positions
- 3 years of experience in employee relations and engagement
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems
- Must be willing to work in Muntinlupa City, Alabang.
