What You Will Be Doing
As HR Business Partner, you are to oversee all operations functions of Human Resources and make sure that these initiatives are aligned with the organizational goals.
The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. You also provide HR guidance to stakeholders, especially to our Results Coaches (RCs) and functional heads.
The successful HRBP acts as an employee champion and change agent.

Monitors new hire onboarding process in Kissflow
Attends daily huddles and weekly meetings with RCs
Answers HR tickets for policy queries and employee movement requests
Facilitates the Employee Movement Form
Monitors the progress of the probationary assessments and performance reviews
Handles employee disciplinary actions and mediation of employee relations concerns
Conducts exit interviews

Your Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or Finance
At least 5 years of related experience
In-depth knowledge of DOLE provisions and Philippine Labor Code
Excellent English communication
HR Expertise
Relationship Management
