The position is created to provide Human Resource support to Shared Services HRBP Manager in the areas of Compensation & Benefits, Talent & Performance Management, Learning and Development, Event Management, Office administration etc. to ensure that the level of service is in-line with expectations of internal clients.

You will provide full support in Compensation & Benefits including guiding employees regarding Compensation & Benefits package, record keeping, data analysis, reports and entering data to different systems (SAP, Mercer etc.).You will be supporting full cycle of Talent & Performance Management including communication and coaching for employees about the performance discussion cycle, driving the proper usage of HR tool. Support during Talent Review (sessions preparation in the system, all documents and materials). Ensure proper analysis of reports for described processes.As the HRBP, you will assist in all Learning & Development related activities (on-boarding/seminars/training programs/conferences) to ensure that programs are in-line with expectations of internal customers and developed based on learning needs analysis of the employees (development plans).Provide the expertise on Labor Code, HR policies, Compliance policies and corporate culture aspects to support all Labor Relations and Environmental, Health and Safety related processes with proper documentation, communication flow and with a full compliance to company and country standards.
Support Employee Engagement activities including office events, Environmental, Health and Safety related projects in the office with a strong internal HR communication to ensure comfortable and safe work environment.People management: Recruit, motivate and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent.Requirements:Must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Psychology or relevant field
At least one (1) year experience as a HR Generalist preferably in a Shared Service environment.
Fluent in English, Strong communication and presentation skills
