Lead and be accountable for the following HR areas: Onboarding and Enablement, Learning and Development, and Performance Management
Onboarding and Enablement Designs and coordinates onboarding plans to ensure talent immersion in the company, its business, culture and valuesOversees functional enablement in the practice area to ensure readiness of talents to be rostered to projectsEnsures a positive experience for new members and keeps them engaged in the early stages of their Acumen journey Learning and Development Leads the implementation of the corporate academy, called Acumen University
(AU) Develops career pathways for all roles in the organization, reviews and updates competency library, and contributes actively to curriculum design Manages the AU calendar and is in charge of project management, reports and analytics to measure effectiveness and continuously improve training programs Performance Management Ensures all key performance conversations happen in the calendar year such as goal setting, quarterly reviews, and year-end reviewDrives Feedback culture by ensuring Performance & Development Feedback Forms are accomplished by all team members for every project close-outConsolidates all feedback and shares it with the People Managers to form part of quarterly reviewsSummarizes year-end ratings and individual development plans for discussion with the Executive Leadership Team Other HR Support May be asked to support engagement activities such as outreach, company trips, Christmas party, etc.May be asked to extend assistance to other HR Associate on Talent Acquisition, Benefits or Offboarding matters only when the need arises You will work directly with the People Manager and Head of People. Your internal clients will be the President and all the Business Unit Heads.
University degree in Psychology, Business, Human Resources or related course is requiredCertified L&D Professional or equivalent is preferredAt least six (6) years and above experience in Learning & Development, preferably from L&D institutionsExperience or exposure to Performance Management is an advantage Acumen is committed to the success and well-being of all its employees and affiliate consultants.
