Job Description:
Ensures effective and timely delivery of HR services to client teams in the areas of Resourcing, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Timekeeping among others Leads in the effective implementation of end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to identifying new and innovative ways to recruit and retain new talent. Ensues recruitment and onboarding processes are consistent, thorough and effective according to prescribed company standards. Evaluates external labor market conditions and internal employee turnover trends in order to recommend changes to the organization's recruitment strategies and introduce recruitment initiatives responsive to changing market conditions. Minimum Qualifications:
A graduate of four-year BS/BA degree program with related curriculum in Human Resource Management or Psychology programs. Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development. Written and spoken communication skills with proven interpersonal relationship building skills. Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Experience in the basic administration of benefits and compensation programs
