Job Description:
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements in Kalibrr; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites. Recruit and manage applications by studying applicants' requirements and job qualifications Arrange first interviews by coordinating schedules and appointments Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants through Zoom; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements. Assist in managing and updating 201 files Assist in updating and maintaining employee handbook Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related course With at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment Adept knowledge in Microsoft applications Good negotiation skills Has an approachable personality Can work under pressure and multi-task Experience in working on Recruitment Firms is a plus
