• Key Job task:
o HR System (Workday) : Collection/history/roll out new modules/testing/setup.
o Staffing: Performance Management e.g. how to set goals & do performance review in system? Coach staff how to do yearly review. Any staff issues, if minor issues help to handle. If large issues, report to HQ for support.• Secondary job task:
o Payroll: Support our Admin Manager to check the payroll
o Benefits : Review current benefits & propose e.g. Long service awards
o Recruitment: Job posting, screen CV, interview & shortlisted candidates for manager(s) or you to interview, extend offer to candidates, prepare contract, set up account in Workday
At least 2 years General HR
Workday/HRIS system experience is an advantage but not required
Willing to work in Makati
Willing to work initially for a project based employment (With benefits 1st day)
Can start ASAP
