**Job description**
- **Monitor submission of generated TNA by the Departments.
**
- Mapping out training plans and schedules of identified training.
- Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees.
- Compiling and presenting information.
- Implementing, advising on and monitoring training.
- Monitoring progress made via training programs.
- Update employee's Training Records.
- Prepare Job Description of employees.
- Monitors and update skill records of employees.
- Monitoring of identified training and ensure that it was conducted on-time.
**-At least six months experience in Training and Development.

- Batangas, Batangas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
