Responsibilities
- Coordinate hiring activities
- Prepare and post job ads online
- Help with resume screening and initial phone screens
- Greet and assist interviewees onsite
- Process background checks
- Handle records and paperwork
- Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g.
interview cancellations)
- Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g.
preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas)

Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as Recruitment Assistant or another recruiting-related role
- Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, on-boarding)
- Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Great attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills
- Problem-solving ability

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
