Job description

**JOB PURPOSE**

Supports Human Resources Department in Recruitment, through sourcing of applicants, scheduling appointments; conducting orientation; benefit administration; maintaining records and information.
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**

Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resources Management

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Conduct interview schedule by coordinating appointments to department supervisors/ managers.
- Provides information by collecting time and attendance records.
- Coordinates with department managers the schedule of due process and prepares all pertinent documents needed for the due process.
- Maintains and updates 201 files
- Consolidates data and prepares reports
- Assigns, monitor and ensures proper documentation of locker assignment.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
