Hr Assistant - Recruitment

RESPONSIBILITIES- Assists the HR department in the performance of its functions related to Talent Acquisition or Recruitment- End to end recruitment: Sourcing up to On-boarding- Create sourcing initiatives for old and new manpower requests- Assist candidates with the completion of their requirementsQUALIFICATIONS:-Must possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resource, Psychology or Behavioral Science-With at least six (6) months work experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment-With good verbal and written communication skills-People-oriented and with good work ethics-Experience in volume recruitment is an advantage-Must be highly organized and keen to details-Must be proficient in various office software-Must be willing to travelJob Type: Full-timeExperience:
