Details of the offer

Assists in coordinating with the PIC, Project Admin and Timekeepers on manpower requirements of each projects;
Assists in generating a pool of qualified applicants for the majority of positions and stay in contact with the applicants in order to communicate employment opportunities;
Conducts screening and validation of applicants;
Entertains applicants and assists them on their queries;
Validates pre-employment requirements for possible hiring;
Stores and updates the database information of walk in applicants;
Prepares and collates 201 Files of new and rehired employees for turnover to records section;
Documents the task list of newly hired staff;Transmits correspondence, resumes, and other documents;
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a graduate Psychology or any Human Resource related course
Experience is an advantage but not required
Must be willing to travel for onsite recruitment
Must be flexible and hardworking
