DETAILED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
**1**.
Processes government mandated benefits such as SSS, Philhealth and HDMF:
- Reports newly hired employees.
- Computes remits and prepares contribution reports of corporate based employees, companywide supervisors, managers & executives employees on a monthly basis.
- Processes benefits claim/reimbursement and liaise to government agencies on the requirements of availment.
- Prepares certificate of contributions of employees.
- Ensures remittances and reporting of contributions companywide.
**2**.
Computes vacation and sick leave entitlement/balances of employees and monitors availment thru regular updates of VL/SL monitoring card.
Birthday leave and Paternity leave processing.
**3**.
Submits inclusion and deletion of regular employees to Insular Life on Hospitalization Insurance and facilitates availment of hospitalization expenses reimbursement for rank and file employees.
**4.
** Submits inclusion and addition of regular employees to Insular Life on Comprehensive Group Insurance Policy and Retirement Plan and assists in processing of claims of entitled employees.
**7.
** Organizes the annual physical exam and coordinates with the company physician on the recommendation of accredited medical clinic/laboratory.
**8.
** Performs other necessary tasks given from time to time.
**POSITION SPECIFICATIONS**
Education: Psychology graduate or any allied studies
- With equivalent job experience and training which provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities required.
**SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**
- Ability to use the Excel worksheet program; knowledge of government regulations on benefits; accuracy and cautiousness to details; dependability and service oriented; ability to work under pressure.
